This Online Learning Environment (OLE) was
created within the scope of Erasmus+ Project named “Creating a new way of
improving the key competencies of adults” 2021-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-000028281. Our
primary goal in this project is to increase cultural awareness in individuals,
namely civic engagement and social inclusion, to develop adults' digital skills
and to internalize self-learning with interpersonal skills.The target Groups
for this Online Learning Environment (OLE) are
adult learners, teachers,mentors/coaches, social workers, associate
organisations. The Online Learning Environment (OLE) supports the target adult
learners through simple and short micro-courses focusing on specific skills
that address their immediate needs. It will help to develop critical and
creative thinking, self-confidence and practical skills needed for employment
and/or integrating into their local community.
